Cilantro

Cilantro microgreens are indeed aromatic, with a citrusy, grassy flavour. Great addition to many dishes including eggs, salsas, guacamole, tacos and curries dips and garnish.

There are hints of cinnamon flavor and aroma to this basil variety. Very large, crinkled green, sometimes with hints of purple. This form of basil is an excellent addition to salads.

Purple Basil

Purple Basil is crunchy and mild with initial flavours of lemon-lime, transitioning to a subtle basil-clove, sweet-spicy flavour.

Genovese Basil

Genovese basil actually has a stronger basil taste then mature basil, are slightly sweeter and more tender.

Lemon Balm

Lemon Balm has small leaves attached to a slender stem that is highly aromatic with bright citrus notes and a strong lemon flavor that is slightly bitter with a mildly nutty finish.
