We harvest all our microgreens within hours of delivery for the freshest produce for chefs creations.

Arugula
Micro Arugula is mild compared to the mature herb, containing a subtly sweet, tangy, peppery and earthy flavour with grassy, vegetal and nutty nuances

Broccoli
Broccoli has a deliciously mild, fresh broccoli or cabbage flavour and makes a great garnish and addition to any microgreen salad.

Purple Kohlrabi
A slightly milder sweet, peppery taste and fabulous purple colour that will give that special pop to any dish.

Wasabi Mustard
Wasabi Mustard has a sharp, peppery flavour that's reminiscent of actual wasabi with out the nasal burn. This tasty green adds a great snappy flavour to salad mixes and stands up well to dressings for contrast.

Red Cabbage
This micro is crisp and tender with a fresh, green, earthy, peppery flavour. Its red/purple stems add a great dash of colour to your plate.

Red Radish
Radish microgreens taste like a spicy, peppery radish bulb with a nice crunchy texture. Their beautiful colour adds a great pop to your dish.
